BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE! I purchased a vehicle at Rolls Auto June 2021. I just took it for its first inspection only to find out that my vehicle can NOT pass Pennsylvania state inspection. From the day I gave them my money they have been nothing but shady, underhanded shysters. When I tried to speak with the manager, Mr. Joe Brookstein, his response was "it's your car now. What do you want me to do about it." They have KNOWINGLY put me and my child's life in danger. (Grant Auto Repair is their affiliate garage). They took advantage of a single woman and have no remorse. I was told my vehicle was a Limited Edition (it's not. It has some aftermarket parts put on it to make it look like one). the warranty that Joe Brookstein talked me into getting does NOT cover any of the issues that the truck has I was sent an estimate from the Mercedes dealership of over $12,000 to "possibly" get it to pass (but they couldn't promise because the wiring is all just too faulty). I need new front brake rotors (but oddly enough the brake pads are pretty new..... weird) I have put less than 2,000 miles on this vehicle in last 12 months. When I brought this up to Joe Brookstein his response was "you could have easily worn out the brakes yourself" (I really do try not to drive with one foot on the brake and one foot on the gas but who knows.... Maybe I did) ‍ I tried to contact the owner of Rolls Auto (Mr. Michael Milis) and he refused to respond to my email or answer my calls (he did take my first call but never again). I'm conclusion...... these are not good people.... But I'll leave the rest up to God

They all are so helpful and I drove off the lot with exactly what I wanted! Even with bad credit!!! Highly recommend! Best dealer ever!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I was seeking to purchase a $30,000 used vehicle and was met with terrible customer service, unprofessional treatment, and learned that the owner and managers at this dealership DO NOT honor their word. I practically had to beg this dealership to return my calls in an effort to make a deal. The owner would not speak with me to finalize a deal after a provisional agreement had been established with Tito. I was jerked around by everyone in this dealership. I offered to pay the full amount in cash, yet I was repeatedly not made a priority. I very strongly recommend that buyer beware with this dealer. I urge anyone that reads this to do their homework and strongly recommend that your business be taken elsewhere.

I bought my RAM 1500 Longhorn Edition from Rolls Auto, from the salesman Tito, manager Steve and owner Mike and everyone was super professional and helpful even considering the difficult times we are dealing with. I was able to test drive the car, liked it, agreed on the price and got the car that same day. There were no hidden fees which seems to be the norm nowadays with dealerships. That same day I realized the horn wasn't working, I called them the next day and they send me to their mechanic and it got fixed and taken care by Rolls Auto. Very honorable people. I will definitely recommend them my friends and family and will be back to buy from them.
