No honesty

I was very disappointed the car your dealership was holding for me was sold and I was not called about it. I thought it to be very unprofessional of your dealership. I would not recommend this dealership

Great customer service and care!

I leased a new Altima yesterday. The salesperson - Robert Scott was terrific as were the finance team, etc. I am very happy with my new car. I will be a regular customer at Route 46 Nissan. Jan

Awful experience

I've had the WORST experience with Route 46 Nissan. Their pricing practices are abhorrent - internet list price reflects a $2000 return customer rebate, they offered me thousands of dollars less on my trade in than anywhere else, then after I left the showroom they increased the internet price of the car I wanted by $500. They have thousands of dollars in hidden fees, which they don't disclose until you're about to sign on the dotted line, nobody can give you a straight answer about your interest rate or fees until you've put money down, they told me I could not put down as much money as I wanted to as a down payment because they wanted a larger amount financed and tried to set me up with some ridiculously high interest rate even though my credit score is well over 800. They have shotty workmanship - they put new brake rotors on my car prior to selling it but they were the wrong size for the car. When I went back for it to be repaired, something they said would take 1 - 1.5 hours, they wound up not having the parts and taking two days to get my car back to me. And last, but definitely not least, I've had my car for OVER A MONTH and still have not received my registration. I've spent the past three weeks calling my salesman and leaving messages with managers trying to get my registration straightened out, as my temporary plate as expired, but nothing has been resolved. Don't waste your time. You're not going to save any money. Just go somewhere else.

Altima luv

My father and I walked into Nissan 46 and were pleasantly greeted by Bret Schellhammer. He answered all of our questions we had and I walked out with a gorgeous certified pearl white Altima. Great experience all around.
