I bought my vehicle from here 7 months ago. I recently had problems with my AWD.They got me in the same day.Frank did a check on it first thing in the morning.Found the problem and called me.Problem was it had to go to Moosic location for the parts and work to be done. I had no way to get there.They got my car there for me.Work was done same day.They contacted warranty company also. Thank you everyone for being so helpful and really caring.When we need another vehicle we will be back.

Purchased a 2013 Ford E350 Van from Jo-Dan. On the ride home I smelled burning oil, when I got home I climbed under it and discovered a bad head gasket that was leaking oil. I called them immediately and spoke with the owner. I was told by him whatever it takes to fix it and to quote him "I'll eat it" referring to the new motor this truck was going to need. Well they offered me a salvage/junkyard replacement that would be a mystery as to it's maintenance and condition. With the massive task of an engine swap in a van I was not rolling the dice on a junkyard motor. I opted for a remanufactured Ford unit that was a $1000 more. The warranty company left me to pick up the balance of the cost, around $1500 and Jo-Dan who told me not to worry, they'll make it right and "eat it" refused to offer any help toward the cost incurred to me. The worst part is they serviced the truck before they sold it to me. They full well knew by the oil coated undercarriage it had a major issue. This was a $16000 dollar purchase and they could care less about helping a customer or sticking to their word. I would advise all to steer clear off these guy's.

5 out of 5 stars - Very shortly after my inquiry, I was contacted by Michael from Jo-Dan Motors. Michael was knowledgeable, very polite and accommodating. I am located hundreds of miles from Jo-Dan and it was not practical for me to inspect the vehicle in person. Michael was forthcoming with information and took additional photos of specific details I requested, and did so in a very timely manner. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I bought the vehicle with complete confidence that it was being accurately represented. In the course of completing the paperwork, I spoke with Maria, the Office Manager, and she too was extremely helpful and very personable. Everything went exactly as promised....exactly. The people I dealt with at Jo-Dan exhibited that sort of smaller community sincere friendliness and helpful attitude sometimes lacking in a big city atmosphere. Based on my experience I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jo-Dan as a good place to do business.

Our van would not pass inspection this coming year, so my brother decided to start looking for a reliable vehicle for us. My daughter had purchased a truck recently for my granddaughter there and raved about the wonderful people & service they received. We looked on line at the vehicles they were offering for sale and my brother saw one he liked. He went to the dealership & took the car for a ride. He said before he left their lot, it was one for us. Michael Chomicz was the kindest, most honest man to deal with and made sure that we totally understood all about the functions of the car. He gave us his card and told us not to hesitate to call him with any concerns, day, night or week-end. Top of the line !!!

We were looking for a specific model vehicle with low miles, and Jo-Dan Motors had one listed. We called and made arrangements to see the vehicle on a Saturday, and drove over 260 miles from upstate New York to do so. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The vehicle was just what we wanted, and was in great condition, clean and serviced. We decided to purchase the vehicle, returned home to make the arrangements for the purchase and returned the following Saturday to pick it up.There were a few wrinkles that had to be ironed out due to purchasing a vehicle in PA to register it in NY, but Michael was extremely helpful in that area. If we ever need another vehicle that Jo-Dan has in stock, I would not hesitate to deal with them again. The vehicle was really what we wanted, and the total experience with Michael and John made the long drives irrelevant.
