Illegal sales practices, bait and switch
ILLEGAL SALES TACTICS - BAIT AND SWITCH - DO NOT TRUST MORGAN Found the truck on wanted on the Uvanni website. Called on Monday night at 5pm and made an appointment with Morgan for a test drive the following day at 5pmhh. During our phone conversation I informed him I would be driving in from out of town, roughly 110 miles. I also informed him that I was pre-approved for financing through my credit union and that I would bring a check from them to pay for the truck in full after a test drive. When I arrived at the scheduled time I was informed by Morgan that the truck I wanted had been sold that morning. (An out of state buyer had called and wired them a deposit) When I asked him why he didn't call me knowing I was driving almost two hours to buy the same truck, he just shrugged. I asked him why the truck in question was still listed for sale on the website, he said he did not know. He then proceeded to try to sell me a truck that had 40k more miles on it, without the options I wanted, for almost the same price as the truck I wanted. Classic bait and switch. Shady and ILLEGAL in New York State. I informed them I would not do business with people who lie to me and try to play me for a fool. I left without making a purchase. I will never go back.

We received on this particular vehicle in the course of two days 12 leads , When the customer called the vehicle was available however while he was en route we did sell the vehicle attempted to call him twice via cell phone left two messages that a deposit was taken on the vehicle When customer arrived he became irate and asked us to sell it from out under the The person who had put a deposit on the vehicle we explained to the customer that we would take a second deposit in case the first customer with the deposit backed out or the deal did not go through as we are obligated to hold the vehicle for 24 hours customer became more irate we suggested another Chevy truck similar to the one he inquired on and he was not interested we apologized to the customer he went on his way
Buyers Beware!!!
BUYERS BEWARE!! These people are grimy liars!! My husband and I bought a 2015 F-150 sport at the end of May 2020. Drove it for 3 weeks and the engine light comes on. Called the Uvanni Service and spoke to Sylvia. She gave my husband an appointment only for him to drive an hour there and to be turned away. Fast forward to two weeks later the engine blew up. They were real hesitant on even towing the truck to them. Said it was our responsibility to get it to them. They ended up towing and having another garage replace the engine. Took them 3 weeks. We finally get the ok to pick up our truck only to notice that they never put coolant in. We take pictures and tell Sylvia about. Apparently it’s not their responsibility because they didn’t fix the truck. Remind you that the truck was purchased through them and still under the 90 day warranty. Then to top it all off they replace our engine with a used engine that has almost 30,000 more miles on it. If we wanted a truck with almost 100,000 miles on it we would of gotten a different truck. These guys are the worst!!! Customer service is horrible and they have no moral compass!

Salesmen are average The sales manager Ellis is full of empty promises. The owner only cares about your money. If you have any issues with the vehicle after the sale be prepared to pay out of pocket to have them fixed. This Auto group is full of unmotivated,money hungry crooks. If you decide to be a victim of greed then buy a vehicle from uvanni......

Never again
The buying process went smooth and Ellis at that point was very helpful. However it was after the purchasing of my vehicle where the issues were. Online it said there was a tow package that came with the vehicle (one of the reasons why I wanted it). Was told that it didn’t have one on it and that they had to order one and it could be done in a week, okay great no problem (I was picking up a camper in two weeks). Was told that the wrong one got ordered so I had to come back the next Wednesday. At this time my AC wasn’t working and my breaks were making noise so Ellis had me bring it in to get the AC fixed and breaks looked at, then have it brought over to Victory to get the three recalls done on it (that were shown on the carfax I had pulled) and then brought to Rickies to get the tow hitch done. Was told I’d have it back that day so I borrowed my fathers car..it took more time then I was told, okay things happen. Had to have my dads car an extra day which now leaves him without a car.. finally picked my vehicle up after not getting ONE call back from any of the three places, I’m the one having to call and check in after I was told I’d be getting a call and it was hours after. At this point I have plans to get the camper on Saturday. Pick vehicle up Thursday night. Go out to Norwich to get the camper and SURPRISE the wiring isn’t working on the hitch AND the vehicle is making rattling noises and sounds like xxxx. So we had to come back with no camper. Wasted time, money and gas. Had to pay someone from uhaul to fix the wiring issue. Told Ellis that the car was making noises and he wanted me to bring it in but at this point I don’t trust them, victory, or Ricky’s so I had my mechanic look at it, he had to fix the brake shield and then took the rotors off and had three parts just fall out that had to do with the parking break. When I brought the parts to Ellis his response to me was “sometimes things break”. That’s xxxxxxxx, parts just don’t fall out and it had been making the rattling noises since I had picked it up. I then went back to Uvanni’s and made an appt to get it looked at that I refused to pay for..I wasn’t told it could be brought in in a week and I told Ellis I needed a rental bc I wasn’t about to leave my father without a vehicle AGAIN. I was told on Tuesday that up they have a rental for me and then got a call saying that the rental was no longer there that they don’t have to give me one like it was a courtesy to me after their xxxx up. I then told them, which I have that I will be getting ahold of the attorney general. This whole process has been xxxxxxxx and I will NEVER going back or recommending anyone there EVER. Great customer service.

Horrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service after purchase. Numerous phone calls were not returned. Called the day of purchase when the car wouldn't re-start in driveway (made three separate phone calls), never got a response nor any follow up when we returned a week later. Promised a detailing and cleaning.....beware, you'll keep getting the answer, "I'll talk to the owner and take care of it" - nothing will get taken care of.

Awesome Experience!
Walked in to test drive a car that was on their website, and when I found out it had sold, the owner, Gary, called his guy and got me a newer model at an unbeatable price! They got the car within a couple days, cleaned and tuned it all up and I drove off the lot with my new car in a weeks time! Great service, the team went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend Uvanni Motors!!

I had been looking for a truck to leave at my camp and just could not find anything in my price range that I liked. very thankfull
me and my wife are in the process of rebuilding our credit and did not think we could purchase a newer vehicle. we called uvanni motors and spoke to morgan, he guided us threw the whole process and we ended up being able to purchase a new vehicle. we are very thankful we called them that day and would recommend anyone who is needs help or is looking for a new vehicle to contact morgan at uvani motors

Very helpful
I bought my first car since 2001 and it was a very easy and simple car buying experience , no games or drama . Ellis was fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend going to Uvanni Motors , they even gave me a lifetime powertrain warranty for free with the 15 Journey I bought !!!!
