EXTREMELY SATISFIED!

We received the best service while shopping for (and purchasing ) a new vehicle. Everyone that we spoke with was VERY Friendly and very accommodating!You have an Awesome team @ Nissan!!! Thank you All so much!

awesome

Went to Lewis Nissan to look at a Nissan Juke , these amazing people made this happen they bent over backwards to help us not once complaining that they were late closing these people are amazing

Service Dept, to a total Rip off !

This place will never get another penny from me... I guess they feel that the 58.00 service charge for nothing is worth losing a good customer. Beware of the service Dept. I would drive a hundred miles to avoid this place.... Hopefully the place will fold soon....

Service department (terrible)

I was there for 4hrs. Getting a oil change , three times. Then I had some wheel problem and they told me it would take a couple of hrs. I watched them and they didn't even start working on my car for a couple of hrs. Until I complained. Even a coustomer went and complained for me. She also was frustrated with them. I have bought three vehicles from them in the last 10 years, but never again. They switched shops on the last 6 or seven years with different mechanics. That was a BIG MISTAKE! I have friends that also regret going there also. I will be shopping somewhere else from now on. In fact I'm ready to buy again but it won't be there. Also I had a accident and had to take it back because they left bolts off and the work was terrible. Had to take it to a mechanic and let him finish the job. All I can say is buyers beware!

Performed unnecessary work without permission. Charge a...

Performed unnecessary work without permission. Charge a 5% shop fee without providing goods or services. Shop supplies and all other supplies are part of overhead and should be included in price or goods or services. Every new car in inventory carries a dealer price adjustment sticker to make uninformed sales prospects believe they are getting a premium trade-in allowance. Lewis's business philosophy seems based on squeezing the customer for the last dollar. I now have my Nissan serviced by facilities that show some appreciation for my business.

Great dealership

We purchased a suzuki last week and they were awsome to deal with. They worked hard to get us the best deal. We had tried from Princeton to Charleston, WV. They would lie to get u there. Lewis was honest, nice, and a great dealership.

This was the worst experience I have ever had a...

This was the worst experience I have ever had a dealership! I am a woman and the salesman and the manager treated me like I was a total idiot! I know how much my car is worth and they had the nerve to offer me 45% of it's value. When I questioned the salesman about this he had to run and get his manager and when I questioned him he raised his voice with me. I told him I had priced my car on kbb.com and he told me, "if you call kbb right now and ask them how much they will give you for your car, they will tell you we don't want your car!" I told him that I wasn't selling them my car and he went off and yelled at me, telling me they wouldn't buy it anyway! I will never go to Lewis to do any business ever and everyone that I come in contact I will pass on this story! If they called me today to offer me the vehicle of my choice for FREE I would NOT go there to get it!!
