Professionalism personafied! Everyone was welcoming and genuine. They were there to assist me in my search, not to sell me a vehicle. I had an appointment with another dealership later in the day to see a similar car, which I kept but returned afterwards and purchased my vehicle from Pumpkin. Interesting yes, but the no pressure approach coupled with quality vehicles is their strong suit. Long live Pumpkin. Franck, Gina and the whole entire staff are something to aspire to. This is our second experience purchasing a vehicle from Pumpkin Fine Cars and Exotics. This visit was as enjoyable as the first due to Gina’s and Franck’s knowledge of their products, careful selection of inventory and pleasant personalities. Cars, showroom, offices and even rest rooms were pristine. Although we went to find a specific vehicle about which we had read online each car was tempting due to careful selection by Franck. If you are looking for just the right used vehicle In just the right environment we strongly suggest that you visit Gina and Franck’s showroom. As a woman, I was very impressed with the way Franck included me in all aspects of our inquiry. Making eye contact and really listening to our questions and personal concerns made us feel that we were being guided to the best vehicle for us.

Frank stands behind everything on his lot and you can truly see his pride in his business. Him and his team are really wonderful to work with. They know the ins and outs of the entire process, making everything smooth and stress free.

The car buying experience at Pumpkin is 2nd to none. The second you walk into the show room you can see the quality and care the owners have in their products and business. The 0-pressure approach and knowledge of the staff, especially Franck, will change your whole idea of how buying a car is supposed to be. The closing process was not only very transparent about what each document you signed included and meant, but was easy and quick, with any question I had explained to me in everyday terms, not contract lingo. After the closing ended, I got a full walk through of the vehicle with Franck and he answered all my questions about any part of the vehicle, interior, drive train or special features, and as someone who never bought a luxury vehicle, I had quite a few. Purchasing my SUV from Pumpkin was as enjoyable as driving it out of the showroom the first time. No doubt, I will be a returning customer.

Frank and his team were wonderful to work with. I just made my 2nd purchase from Pumpkin--I have never bought a car from the same person/dealer twice in my life (and I have bought a lot of cars). In case anyone is wondering, Frank does personally hand pick his cars and meticulously inspects them himself. I just purchased a 2007 GT 500 that is in pristine condition. Frank is a true gentleman and a real stand-up guy. If anyone sees something on Pumpkin's website, don't hesitate to get in touch with them and go look at it. They don't disappoint. Frank and Gina, and their staff were awesome to deal with. They paid close attention to every detail with paperwork, and also in the presentation of the BULLITT. I have been around the automotive hobby for over 50 years and have restored many national award winners. Their cars are incredible, and very well maintained.
