What a pleasure it was buying our car from Pumpkin, I wish we had known about them years ago. They sold us the car WE wanted, not the car THEY wanted to sell us. We felt welcome when we stopped by the showroom and although I was helped in looking at several different cars, there was no pressure to try and sell us one over another. Franck was very welcoming and knowledgable about his cars and happy to answer any questions we had about the cars. When Franck was out of the office we had the chance to meet his wife, Gina. She, like Franck and everyone else in the office is welcoming. Gina is very warm and and knowledgable about the details of financing and spoke to us about the different options. Elly, answered my numerous emails and phone calls and was a wiz with the paperwork. The honesty, integrity and professionalism of this dealership is apparent if you spend a little time talking to them.
