They got me in immediately and found that I had a rock
They got me in immediately and found that I had a rock between the dust cover and the brake rotor on the rear of my expedition. They remove the rock and did not charge me for the service which I couldn’t believe they did.

Great Service.
Great Service. Your team made it very easy to pick up my truck from my house and bring it back. It would have been a nice touch if the Ford Lightning would have been charged, considering this was a recall appointment and not just a regular service request. Also, it is odd that this was a required visit even though it ended up being just a software update.

Otay Martinez and his team were phenomenal in making sure
Otay Martinez and his team were phenomenal in making sure that the complicated service was completed on our F-150. He had to deal with a couple of extended warranties and time delays but his kindness, attention to detail, and consummate professionalism truly helped in a long, arduous process. Otay also followed up on his own after the Thanksgiving holiday to ensure the truck was operating smoothly. He is definitely a pleasure to work with even in a stressful situation!

Little to no communication, had to reach out on my own to hear about my car. They charged for rentals and wouldn’t take a half a day so I paid full price when I turned it in, in the morning. The service was overpriced and slow.
