Marcus and team were great!

Marcus and team were great! They have both a Michael Jackson and Mike Jones, and both are hilarious. I really had a great time buying my son his car there. They were professional, courteous, and above all, made us both feel extremely comfortable during our afternoon there.

One of the best experiences I have had working with a

One of the best experiences I have had working with a dealership. The process of dealing with a trade in as well as the purchase of the new vehicle was very smooth thanks to Duke, and I was able to do it online. I would highly recommend Riata Ford.

Business like, up front and very easy to deal with. All online. Matthew went over and above, I heartily recommend Riata and Matthew. I don't know how you could do better.

Everything about my purchase experience was amazing! Oscar bent over backwards to make sure I left as a very happy customer. I set my expectations and he met every one of them plus some. I would purchase from him and Riata again and again.

This dealership does not care about the customer.

This dealership does not care about the customer. They reprogrammed my 2017 f-250 wiping out my delete program and left me with a truck in reduced power mode so they could get their money from Ford for doing a recall on a vehicle. They say I did not tell them about the delete but me and the mobile mechanic that came to my house to do it for no charge talked about it and my mileage increase after it was deleted. Do not use them because they do not care about you just how much money they can make.
