Ease of getting an appointment quickly. Quick service time and comfortable waiting area. Ray Franks is an excellent customer service representative, professional, polite and friendly.

Cadenza buyer

Knowledgeable staff. Non-rushed, met everyone from sales to mgmt to finance, servcie, parts etc. Every single one accomodating, informative, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Outstanding hiring and training. I compare this to five other dealerships visited within 48 hours.

Great service, clean facilities, nice helpful peep

The staff is courteous and goes out of the way to explain what needs to be done. I noticed Scott working with another client who was not understanding her agreement about a previously owned vehicle. That's very important to women who sometimes are going to a dealership by themselves for the first time.

Fantastic staff and a fabulous deal!

Our salesman, Michael, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also followed up very well after the sale. answering several questions by phone, and helping my wife learn more features of the Sorento. Scott, the sales manager gave us a fantastic deal. Las, in finance, was also outstanding. He got us a better loan rate than our bank, explained all the paperwork very efficiently, and even gave me a few pointers on a Dodge I own. This was my best experience ever at a dealership.
