Made buying a car smooth and enjoyable. I absolutely will recommend to anyone I know in the car market. Clay didn't pressure any vehicle on us. Answered every question we had. As well as gave us options we weren't aware of. Truly was an enjoyable experience

My wife and I purchased a 2023 Corolla Cross from Stokes

My wife and I purchased a 2023 Corolla Cross from Stokes Toyota in early Dec, 2023. We were considering buying a vehicle from another local car dealership but we bought from Stokes mainly because of our level of comfort working with our salesman, Dan Kral. He tried to make our purchase as easy as possible.

The 5 star rating is for John Ventre who has the

The 5 star rating is for John Ventre who has the "patience of Job." We had not bought a car for 10 years, and John made us very comfortable with buying our 2024 Highlander. He patiently taught us the "bells and whistles" of the new car's electronics. He was very kind. My husband is disabled, and John helped him settle into our new car. We recommend John very highly, 5 stars worth! Ellen and Jim Schlagel

John Ventre did an amazing job selling me my 2022 Toyota

John Ventre did an amazing job selling me my 2022 Toyota Highlander. He and his team made my experience at Stokes Toyota pleasant and my husband and I are glad to be a part of the Stokes Toyota family. The service department is very timely and we are pleased with its efficiency.

Initially I want to thank everyone I dealt with at Stokes

Initially I want to thank everyone I dealt with at Stokes Toyota, including Andre, Zack, and the finance man (who told me his name, which I forgot – Tom?). All were personable, competent, attentive, informative and a real pleasure to deal with. I spoke mostly with Zack who spent as much time as needed to explain features and who was quite patient and helpful when I had difficulty accessing one of my accounts. This was my best car-buying experience and I’ve bought many vehicles, some from quite reputable dealers. I had contacted three other Toyota dealers and only Stokes was promptly, fully, and specifically forthcoming when presenting and documenting exactly what they were selling and charging. I was just as impressed by receiving a full tank of gas – when Toyota advertises providing six gallons. I still recall driving a new 1993 vehicle off a dealer’s lot and only then noticing a gas gauge on empty. Would I happily recommend that dealer? I did get a significantly lower offer from one other Toyota dealer, but it wasn’t genuine. I requested and was promised documents with matching VINs and itemized charges but never received a document identifying a specific vehicle. I was told to just make a $500.00 deposit over the phone and take their word they’d refund it upon request. I declined. Couldn't be happier that I did!

One star max and that is for the attendant that checked

One star max and that is for the attendant that checked me in. I own a 2016 Highlander Hybrid. The day before I was to return north, my "Check Hybrid System" light came on. I brought it in when the service department opened and 1-1/2 hours later, I was told by the service rep that they could not open my hood because the hood was rusted shut! They offered to fix it at an estimated cost of $802, but they couldn't get the part until the next day!! I asked for my keys and left. I check my fluid levels every week, so I knew there was no way the hood was rusted shut, so they must've broken the hood release. I drove the car 900 miles north and my mechanic they next day had the hood opened in less than 5 minutes using a wire through the grille. It cost me $430 to replace my hood release cable which Stokes had broken. Will never go there for service again! What a crock! They must think I'm an idiot telling me my hood was rusted shut! I was also told their certified service technician could not get the hood open in the 1-1/2 hours that I was there when my own mechanic knew how to open it in 5 minutes!
