White's Mountain Kia

I traveled to Casper from the Denver-metro area to visit family. My intention was to test drive a Telluride and return home to purchase locally either a Telluride or Traverse which Is already test drove. Upon arriving at White’s Mountain Motors I met Hunter Tate. We went for a test drive and he then spent a good amount of time showing me the options on the vehicle I’d driven. Afterward we went into the showroom where we discussed their pricing. Hunter kindly offered me something to drink and provided an initial sales offer that was not where I wanted to be based on the price of the vehicle and my trade in. We discussed the asking price and I left telling him where I felt the offer was fair. I was not pressured in any way and we parted ways on good terms. Later that afternoon I received an email from Hunter asking how he could EARN my business. I responded with the figure I’d proposed during our initial meeting. Shortly after I received a response indicating we had a deal. I went in the following business day to finalize the sale at which time I met Cody, the Finance Manager. Both Hunter and Cody were great to work with, were very professional and very accommodating; nothing like I knew I’d encounter in the Denver area. I’m very pleased with my new Telluride and the experience at the dealership. They were great to work with and I’d highly recommend both Hunter and Cody to anyone considering a Kia. I had a light come on, went in the dealership & Brittany was wonderful. She told us it was probably nothing but they would inspect it & see & call us. Turned out there were recalls & codes that needed to be reset which they did all under warranty. We picked the car up later that day & all is well. Brittany was very knowledgeable & explained everything very well.
