The process overall took 2 days. They did everything they could to get me a vehicle. I was in dire straits. I love my new vehicle. Thank you to Bonnie and her team.

Billingsly Ford Lawton OK

Joshua Gibson was the best cars salesman I have ever worked with! He was legit with everything and helped fix a problem a day after I bought the car. He is an amazing person and would refer him to anyone.

I Purchased a vehicle sight unseen they delivered it to...

I Purchased a vehicle sight unseen they delivered it to me and the bumper had damage. I was very upset. Also the vehicle was filthy on the inside and full of dog hair. I called the dealership And complained they told me to have it detailed and the bumper fixed but just send them a quote. Then they insisted that I bring the vehicle back and they would make it right. They delivered it back to me five days later on a day when the weather was sleeting ice. I did not notice how bad the paint job was until the next day when the weather cleared up it look like it had been painted by a child. The price of the vehicle is close to $40,000. I called the salesman and he told me to send him a quote for the repairs and he would go to management. This is where it stands as of 01/30/22.

I have made several vehicle purchases here and have never...

I have made several vehicle purchases here and have never felt I got anything but good treatment. The service (that's what they call it) is another matter. I took a F150 in for a recall. I made an appointment but they did not touch it all day. The second day I took it in, they said I did not have an appointment even though I told them to pick the day they could get to it. Same thing - at 3:30 they had not touched the truck. They did get it out by 5:30 but the next morning the truck was bleeding brake fluid. It sat all day while they argued with Ford about who would pay for the $24 part necessary for the repair. Ford did agree but Billingsley did not have the part and it was Friday. It is now Wednesday of the next week and I am told the truck will be ready today. I drove by the dealership two hours ago and the truck is in the pickup lot. I wonder if they will wait until 5:30 to tell me it is ready. Find another service provider. This is not the first time I have been disappointed by a less than dedicated staff.

Best buying experience ever!

I had the best truck buying experience ever. This was my 7th truck, the but the first from Bilingsley Ford. I?ll definitely be back.

I purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 and it was probably one of the quickest vehicle purchases I have ever done. It probably took about 20 minutes from signing to driving off the lot. My salesmen Joshua Gibson made sure I had the truck, color and all the features that I wanted, they never pressured me to buy and allowed me to test drive everything I inquired about. The best experience I’ve ever had from start to finish.
