I place a call to the dealership to verify they had the two vehicles I was looking at online prior to making the drive. Once I arrived the two options were up front and clean. Jordan Kilburg was my sales associate, Jordan was very knowledgeable, kind and respectful of the time frame I had to work with for the day. Within two hours I was well on my way home with a great truck, exalfry what I came there for and still pleased a week later. Small town dealership with great compassion and consideration for the customer. Keep up the great work!

Disappointed
Bought a used Jeep back in March. Finding the interior still has candy goo, stickers, magnets, and a deck of cards that was wedged under the seats. Was supposed to receive a container of paint to fix some spots on the bumper, never got it. Was told to run the wheels as much as possible the first 3 months (under warranty) to work out any kinks, only to find I had to pay out of pocket for all check engine lights (except 1). The 3 month warranty only covered “if the engine blew up”. Lastly, there was a permanent ESIM code in the system that appeared to be cleared prior to selling the Jeep to me. I spent $1200 to have the ESIM and wiring fixed. My suspicion is that they knew about it and cleared it prior to the sell.

Dissapointed
The advertisement on cars.com and salesman Terry Figg assured me the 2018 Lincoln Continental was a “10” . We drove 4 1/2 hours from Greenbay Wi to buy the car. The front bumper cover had gouges through the paint into the base plastic. The right headlight looked like it had rubbed a concrete wall. The rear bumper cover had 10 to 15 gouges through the paint to the plastic below. The tires were supposed to be within standards but were weather checked and worn through the tread on all of the outer edges. They attempted to buff the scuffing and fill the gouges with touch up paint while we went for lunch. It made it even worse and looked like children had attempted to “color” it with a crayon. We were aware of the branded title from the manufacturer buyback and the price point related to it, but the car was beat up and not in the condition I was promised. We drove home empty handed and disappointed that they lied to us.

Love the truck!!
Everyone was very helpful and we did not feel like we were dealing with ‘sales people’. No pressure and was an enjoyable experience! Thank you for your help!

Great experience!
Great! Connor was very polite, knew every detail about the jeep, and has a lot of patience. I was offered a beverage or restroom facilities so much appreciated. Everyone was also willing to strike up a conversation.

They made it fun - even for a young car buyer!
I am probably young for the typical car buyer, however, I just bought my second vehicle from Brad Deery in Maquoketa. Everyone there made it a great experience for me! I will definitely be back when it's time for my third!

Buying a new car is not an enjoyable experience for me. The people at Brad Deery were helpful and easy to work with. Shout outs to Connor and Kody. These two are terrific
