It was relatively easy to test drive the car and get everything sorted. My contact at the office Joshua was very helpful. I handled a lot of the insurance / financial stuff separately, but the dealership offered to help and seemed very trustworthy.

I overheard a conversation one of the service advisors
I overheard a conversation one of the service advisors was having with a customer on the phone. The gentleman was swearing at the person on the phone quite a bit, which was extremely unprofessional. He ended the call by telling them to have a "xxxxty" day. Makes me wonder who else gets spoken to like this—aren’t these calls recorded? I definitely won’t be recommending this business.

AAA towed my 2014 Lincoln from Northampton, MA to East
AAA towed my 2014 Lincoln from Northampton, MA to East Hartford. He said it was the starter. Hoffman could not replicate problem ...had car three days. Took home. Same no start the next day. Hoffman sent Mobile Hoffman who said it was the starter. Tow truck from Hoffman said it was starter. Finally replaced. It now starts. 80,000 miles rolled over today. I love my Lincoln
