The person who schedule appoitment doesn't know anything. I scheduled a diagnostic on Saturday and repeated it twice. If you can do it on Saturday, the person said yes. On the day of my appointment, Joe called me and said no diagnostic on Saturday, only Monday to Friday I waited a week for an appointment. Please train your personnel better

Though there is rarely a good time for vehicle service, nor does it run cheap, my experience with Hoffman Ford Lincoln was professional, courteous, and comprehensive. I appreciate their attention, care, and the level of service I received in my experience taking my vehicle in for the first time.My Service Adviser, Zack Smith, did an excellent job keeping me informed of both service needs and progress during the time Hoffman worked on my vehicle. I recommend this dealer and their staff.

It was relatively easy to test drive the car and get everything sorted. My contact at the office Joshua was very helpful. I handled a lot of the insurance / financial stuff separately, but the dealership offered to help and seemed very trustworthy.

I overheard a conversation one of the service advisors was having with a customer on the phone. The gentleman was swearing at the person on the phone quite a bit, which was extremely unprofessional. He ended the call by telling them to have a "xxxxty" day. Makes me wonder who else gets spoken to like this—aren’t these calls recorded? I definitely won’t be recommending this business.

AAA towed my 2014 Lincoln from Northampton, MA to East Hartford. He said it was the starter. Hoffman could not replicate problem ...had car three days. Took home. Same no start the next day. Hoffman sent Mobile Hoffman who said it was the starter. Tow truck from Hoffman said it was starter. Finally replaced. It now starts. 80,000 miles rolled over today. I love my Lincoln
