We were told one price and then charged 2000 more. Lack...
We were told one price and then charged 2000 more. Lack of transparency. I feel deceived. I have called 7 times asking why we were charged a 1600 dollar "used car inspection fee"? Car had used covid masks in console and the plastic engine shield cover is broken! I paid for this "inspection"??? So far......no response.

Been loyal customer since 2014 recently had to take TC in twice I think your labor rates are extremely high and dissatisfied that you charged me $75 to tow my car from Piggley Wiggley on Borg to your facility

Great Customer Service
