If I could give negative stars to this dealership I would. They are a disgrace to the automotive industry in every single way. I should have taken the painful buying experience as an indication and run immediately but I wanted the vehicle so badly that I stuck it out. What a terrible decision! I spent $80,000 on a barely used 2021 F250 and was delivered a truck that didn't start with broken turn signals, a broken radio, and a malfunctioning gas gauge. I called my salesman immediately and was told to call him back the next AFTERNOON! It would literally pain this place to ever make you a priority and don't think for a second you'll ever get a senior manager on the phone or to respond to an email. They refuse to refund my money and have merely offered to give me a truck off the lot even though there is absolutely nothing comparable - I had this truck shipped 1,000 miles for very specific reasons - not just any old truck is going to work. I should not have to be in a legal battle over this. There is right and wrong and the dealership clearly has no moral compass. The right thing to do is to refund me my money after selling me a truck with a heap of problems. Just because these handful of issues have been serviced does not mean this truck is okay. Nobody in their right mind would keep an $80,000 truck that arrives with four electrical issues. Not to mention I use my trucks to haul my horses and I would never endanger their lives by towing them behind a truck with exploding electrical problems. No sane animal owner would. Shame on you Kunes for not doing the right thing and giving me my money back. What a bunch of thieves you are!

I'm on cloud 9 after my experience last night! After months of research and learning about this crazy market we are in, I found my dream car! Platinum trim priced like a Limited; I had to have it. I had been working with a sales guy at a different Kunes dealer closer to home and after a lot of back and forth, he tried telling me the car was $15k more than it was listed for. I called Delavan directly the next day to find out that was incorrect and the posted price was, indeed, correct. Antonio DeLeon helped me put down a refundable deposit to hold the car until I could get there the next day. When my husband and I arrived the car was washed and ready to go out front for a test drive. We drove it and instantly fell in love. Antonio was incredibly genuine, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. At first, they fell short on the trade in comparison to what CarMax offered me so we were prepared to buy the new car and take our trade to CarMax the next day, but after some time (we were totally fine taking it to CarMax so we didn't even fight it), they came to us saying they would match the trade offer. I was so happy not to have to front that money and to avoid the inconvenience of 2 trips to a car dealership. The car buying process is always painfully long, but Antonio made sure we were comfortable and Finance made sure it was quick once we got into his office. We were only in there for 10-15 minutes! The photos of the car online had Husky all weather car liners throughout and when we went to leave, we realized they were missing from the front row. I later pointed out to Antonio that they were in the photos and he vowed to find them or order me a brand new set. When they couldn't be located, he did just that! I'll be going back Monday to get my Exogloss applied, pick up my mats, and get my 2nd key and he made sure I'll have a loaner car of the same size, to drive while they have my car. He took care of us from the beginning and I couldn't be happier to have this dream car after being told I couldn't afford it by someone else! Delavan is an hour away from my home but it was totally worth the drive for the car of my dreams and the wonderful experience. Thank you Antonio and team!

Great experience
Excellent experience from start to finish. Tristan was responsive, friendly, and clearly motivated to help me get the car I wanted at a fair price. Moreover, I got the clear sense that the rest of the staff ad Kunes were just as invested, at a systematic level, to achieve the same goal as me. Definitely worth the trip up from Chicago.

Truly a Customer Forward Experience
We did a national search a 2020 Ford Fusion Plug-in Hybrid which led us to Kunes Auto Group. We found one in Wisconsin which met our criteria. At any point we could have backed out or Kunes could have botched the process. This was our 7th new purchase with a dealer for a new car and it was the best to date. Most work/negotiation/vetting was done by phone and email. The Saturday pickup process was less than two hours. Niko was professional, generous, and kind with extreme attention to detail. Dave in finance was masterful on his end without a hint of aggressive finance traits customary at this juncture of a sale. Courtney in Cashiering was a pleasant pro bringing an uneventful close to our transaction. All we’re respectful and truly ushered us through like a band playing together for years. We love our Ford— it’s our third straight and although we drove more than an hour, we would prefer to buy from Kunes. The place was bustling and there is no doubt why: great people, great energy, and an abundant inventory.
