My wife and I purchased a new vehicle from Kunes Country auto and we couldn't be happier. The salesman Brad was terrific, explained everything, kept the sale sale pressureless, and we would recommend Kunes Country Auto to anyone looming to purchase a new or used auto.

Nice people to do business with.

We found a used Jeep Wrangler for my son at Kunes through the web. My wife spoke with Mike over the phone as we are located some distance from the dealership, and he was able to answer all of our questions. We drove out to look at the Jeep, found only a couple of issues which the service department remedied. We were able to negotiate over the phone with Mike and Jay helping us out, and picked up the Jeep the next day. We found Kunes easy to deal with and feel that we got a good vehicle for a reasonable price. I would recommend Kunes Country Ford without hesitation.

What a dealership should be like

I dread buying from dealerships...until now. A simple request through Cars.com and less than 2 weeks later I had a new car in the garage with zero remorse. The staff at Kunes suprised my over and over the entire experience. Never pushy, always truthful, and always willing to go the extra mile. They had to do a locate for the vehicle we wanted. They were going to drive out and trailer one from 3 states away for my business. They ended up finding one closer, but they still went above and beyond to work with me. My wife and I agree that this was like no other car buying experiance. Never has a car purchase been so straight forward and easy. I will buy from Kunes without question for my next vehicle. I look forward to our first oil change to see how great their service center follows their sales staffs example.

Chevy3

I was trading in a Chevy Cobalt LT, which was sucking down the gas more than it should of. I had the vehicle for only a year, but I needed a more reliable, more efficient, and more gas saver kind of vehicle, because I am a full-time college student. The whole time when I dealt with Kunes Country Chevrolet Cadillac dealership. I knew I was in good hands. I felt that I was being taken care of from a loving, caring, and concerned family. They really worked hard for me as it came to finding the perfect vehicle that would not only fit my finances, what I was looking for in a vehicle, but also my personality. I love everything about my car and my car experience with Kunes Country! I will always go back there for all my vehicles in the future and refer others there in a heart beat. I had no worries, because every question or concerned that I did have was answered. They are a great family oriented business, which was refreshing and amazing to work with!! My sister is the one who referred me to Kunes Country and I am so thankful that she did. It was the best car experience I have ever had! Thank You Kunes Country!

Well worth the drive, as always!

We just purchased our 2nd vehicle (2010 Ford Edge) from Kunes Country Chevrolet Cadillac about a week ago and we once again made the 45 minute drive one way to do so. We have always been happy with their sales and service and we LOVE the fact that both times, we called ahead and described what we were looking for and they had EXACTLY what we had in mind sitting there, front and center, waiting for us! No pressure to buy something else, no wandering around the lot (which means a whole lot with two kids in tow!) Thank you to Craig our salesman, the service, and the finance departments for being so efficient and accommodating! We will definitely be back again in the future!

I went there picked out a car, I left they did all the paper work and called me when everything was ready!!! So I wasn't sitting around for hours!!!

Had a great experiance with the dealership.Their was no presure to buy or drive a vehicle.Most dealerships i visited i had sales personal swarm me when I pulled into their lot and their was nothing like that here.Very nice people to work with.The only problem I have is my vehicle only came with one key and no one offered to help me get a second key for my vehicle.Over all a good experiance except for the key issue.

car shopping

when i arrived to look at cars all i wanted was 4wd my wonderful patient salesman showed me many makes & models too choose from lending lots of help, time & energy choosing from kunes large inventory of used vehicles. After many test drives the perfect car was found. I'm very happy with my purchase. The salesman & sales manager deserve special thanks for putting up with me.

I had recieved a letter from Kunes talking about their...

I had recieved a letter from Kunes talking about their services. I threw the first couple away thinking I didnt need a new vehicle. Then my car started giving me problems and I just went to check them out. I came home a few hours later in a new vehicle. The people there are great to work with and I actually felt they cared about my best interet rather than making a buck. I am in love with the car they picked out for me. I am extremely satisfied with my visit to Kunes.
