My husband and I needed new tires on our truck. We were just going to replace 2 and rotate the others. When I got to the Dealership Terry told me that they were having a tire sale and he showed me 5 different priced tires. The Sale Price was great, but on top of that they were offering a rebate and we ended up buying 4 new tires. They were ordered that day and they later called me and told me they were in that afternoon and they were able to get me into service and get the tires on that night.. I was very surprised how fast the tires were delivered and even more pleasantly surprised that they were able to get them on my vehicle that same day. Great customer service and I will definately be coming back! Thank you

We needed an oil change on our 2010 Honda Odyssey. I...

We needed an oil change on our 2010 Honda Odyssey. I called around and spoke with Brian at Kunes. He was able to get me the cheapest price in the area and in right away without an appointment. I was told that there will be monthly specials on oil changes and expect to frequent them in the future. Also, I was able to join their preferred customer club which gives me my 5th oil change for FREE! Thanks again Brian and the rest of the team at Kunes Country Ford!

John was very knowledgeable about the inventory. He was was very sensitive to our search process and never pushed us to buy. John worked with us to find just what we wanted at a price we could afford. Would buy from him again.

They were very generous given our circumstances of...

They were very generous given our circumstances of needing a car right away. I feel we paid a fair price for it too. Dependable car despite having to replace the fuel pump after 6 months of owning it. Nothing else in the 5+ years we've owned the 2003 Cavalier. Lots of knowledge among the staff. Didn't like the push toward doing the undercoat but that probably happens at every dealership.

Kunes was AMAZING!!! We weren't sure what we were...

Kunes was AMAZING!!! We weren't sure what we were looking for when we walked in the door at Kunes. I had been told to ask for Eric - which we did. He asked all the right questions needed to determine what we were in search of. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest, and the vehicle he helped us choose fits our needs exactly. We received our car in beautiful condition and we were in and out of there quickly! I couldn't be happier! If you think that buying a vehicle can be a painful experience, go to Kunes. You'll be surprised at how pain-free it can be!

A Good Experience

We only visit the car dealers we feel comfortable with, that is, the ones we trust. This is, of course, our main priority.....trusting who we're working with and Kunes has not let us down. Of course we want the best deal we can get and we feel confident we always get this. We like working with a friendly, courteous salesperson, another reason for shopping at Kunes. I believe these reasons puts our feelings in a nutshell.

Nicest People

The people at Kunes were outstanding. I am a busy mom/professional, and the staff at Kunes were extremely considerate of my time. They did their homework and had options ready for me. I didn't have to sit around waiting to do paperwork. Eric was up-front and honest and gave me a great price on the car I chose. Oil change

Today, I went for my sheduled oil change, and was met by a smiling face in service. I also received quality care as well as prompt attention and service to my vehicle, and was completed in a very timely fashion, without an appointment. I was very pleased.

Great dealership

I found this new 2011 silverado LTZ on cars.com. I called Kelli and discussed price, and my trade in. She told me I would not be disappointed so I drove 2 1/2 from Chicago and not only did she keep her agreed price on the new truck she gave me a great deal on my trade, just as she promised. I got a great deal and a no BS salesforce. They do not hound you like many dealers here in Illinois.

Why go anywhere else?

We just had our new Explorer in for an update to the Nav system and they told us about their Cars.com reviews, I thought I have to spread the word! We bought the explorer 4 months ago and our buying experience couldn't be better, to have a local dealer have that many cars is so awesome! We did not want to have to drive all the way to Kenosha, Janesville, or worse Milwaukee to get the Explorer we wanted, Kunes had a selection of them waiting for us to pick one. Now that we have had our second service visit I must say that the customer service goes all the way down the line. Dale and Michael are so friendly and it seems like they can always get you right in with very little wait. I can't say enough about Kunes Country, to have a local dealer be as good as any dealer out there gives us great peace of mind!
