In my opinion STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I delt with Jahn Thomas Karlsen stay away from this guy. You can see that he has three names, a liberal! he goes by Thomas, I think parent issues. I put an application in and NO talk what so ever. He disappeared in financing office leaving me sit there. Did not care about me what so ever just cared if I was going to buy a car. Then I got a call from some guy who wanted to be a girl and was talking over me and would not let me talk at ALL. Your typical car sales people. When I was sitting there in the showroom the amount of F bombs being thrown around was terrible. Like a high school locker room.. Go to Palmen much more professional. They call themselves a CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION, IT IS ON A POSTER FOR MARKETING ON;LY....

Very helpful with fast turn around of an unexpected repair. Fair prices with detailed explanation of repair. Have been working with Kunes in Delivan for about 5 years and have consistently had a superior experience. Good people with good values.

Took my car in for things that should have been done before they turned the car over to me after buying. Sales manager approved of the work needed. They had the car a week and none of that was done. But, of course, they did find something else the car needed that I had to pay for. Never going back to Kunes again. For a car or service.

Way over priced, mark up on parts was well over 100% more than I could have gotten them. Over $1000 dollars in labor for a 2-3 hour job. Everyone behind the counter just looks at you like your dumb for asking questions. Over the years I have bought 10 cars from this dealership and after this, I will not be going back ever.
