The service manager was super Accommodating, he was very friendly and worked with my crazy schedule. I don’t live or work close but only trust this Kunes Ford location for my big issue needs. I was kept informed and to my surprise the parts came in very quickly and the job was done in just a few short days. Thank you to everyone involved in the repairs. Part department, techs and management! You guys are doing a fabulous job. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help.

Fantastic
Very courteous and friendly, the entire staff goes out of their way to make your experience comfortable. Mike Rossi was my salesman, he is the the best salesman I have ever had to deal with. Goes out of his way to make you comfortable. My family has bought 4 vehicles from Kunes Ford, highly recommended.

Must think everyone is an idiot 1800 dollars to change a 200 dollar part that takes 2 hours to change I know this because I did it already I was a loyal customer but I will never buy another vehicle from Kunes as long as I live I don’t know how they can give a quote like that with a straight face I’ll be sure to show everyone I know the quote and I have many friends with diesel trucks I’m going to stop now as I get more angry by the minute

I always bring my F 150 to Kunes Ford for all my services. The service department always does good work with minimal wait times.My service advisor Jessica kept me well informed of any needs I have.

Be prepared to spend the day
Had a 12:15 pm appointment on a Saturday. Arrived at 12pm. Test drove car and agreed to purchase car within an hour. Had to wait until 4:30 to sign paperwork and get keys to car. Car needed to be run though safety check due to recall. Thomas was our sales rep. He was very professional and great to work with. Just really disappointed we had to spend our whole Saturday waiting in the dealership.

I m upset about the arbitrarily added surcharge to my bill. $34+ for using a credit card is outrageous. Although I have been pleased with Kunes in the past I am offended by this unethical behavior. I will probably look elsewhere for my next automobile purchase.
