Excellent communication and service. I had a warranty issue with Rocky Ridge, a Ford certified jobber and both Michael DeLeo the General Sales Manager and Joe Fattorusso were critical in ensuring that Rocky Ridge stand behind their product, without their personal attention and doggedness this would have been an ordeal. Great flexible service
Had to have a key programmed. Was difficult to coordinate appointment because of our location. They were very accommodating to get the job done and also did an extra service that was needed

Amazing
I had a car in mind to purchase and they made the process very easy. Instead of going to another dealership further away they went and got the vehicle and brought it back to their facility because it was closer and more convenient for me. I ended up purchasing it and I couldn’t be happier

Good and courteous! Replaced airbag and dented piece on dashboard which only had a chip originally. I will have to contact them again. Long distance to return for another dashboard piece
