Swant Graber Ford

I live in Duluth and made the trip to Swant Graber Ford in Barron, Wisconsin to look at a Ford Edge. Matthew was great to work with from the start. I had done a lot of research before coming in and had plenty of questions, but he was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. We test drove three different vehicles that I had researched, which gave me the opportunity to compare them in person before deciding on the Ford Edge. I really appreciated being able to take my time and make the decision for myself. The financing was another big plus. I came in with a pre-approval from my own lender, but Swant Graber Ford was able to get me a better interest rate than my pre-approval. The drive from Duluth was definitely worth it. Matthew and the team at Swant Graber Ford made the entire buying experience straightforward and low pressure. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford in Barron, Duluth, or the surrounding area.

I bought a truck from swat for 42,000 dollar to find out it was damaged and fixed before I bought it talked with the GM and he said it was my problem I also had the truck in for repairs 5 times in a few months truck only had 30,000 on it and of course got a run around told them the truck was a lemon and I got told not there problem STAY away from these crooks

Several other Ford dealerships could learn a lot about customer service from the Swant Graber Ford's service dept. Top notch! Not out to "stick it to you" on service calls (like the fellow @ Northtown Ford in Menomonie). Swant Graber knows their customers and treats them right!
