I bought my car 12 years ago from Tri- City Suburu . The service and car maintenance is great . They’re very honest and upfront about the pricing the technicians and staff are very pleasant.

The service is the best.

The service is the best. Had a simple oil change and tire rotation performed. Just by chance had a coupon from Tri city. Oil change- $69.99, rotation $10.00( with oil change). Your thinking $79.00 like I stupidly did $94.85. I was told it was environmental up charge, thou go it was never on the bill. The was a line item for $9.99 for parts. You can be better than this Tri city!

Top notch service, it starts at the service desk, when you Walk in for scheduling your needs. Very respectful and understanding. Bret made sure my car was serviced and made sure I was informed of what was going on and time frame. Give them all a 10. Thanks

My service representative David Tetu had my car serviced in a timely manner, explained things in an easy to understand manner, was courteous, and knowledgeable. He greeted me when I walked in and offered help. He thanked me for my business. He’s a gem!

This is my second dealing with Tri-City Subaru

This is my second dealing with Tri-City Subaru dealership. 2021 I purchased a Forester, and was very pleased with the vehicle and the service and integrity of the staff. So I came back for a new vehicle. I asked for the sales person I worked with 4 years ago, and asked for him, but he has moved on to another profession. So Mike Arthur was available and I spend the next couple of hours working with him for the right vehicle, he listened and understood my wishes. Mike went above and beyond to get my business. Mike put me in the right vehicle for my needs. I never felt pressured and felt Mike was looking out for my interest, making sure I was pleased with my purchase. I did test drive a few vehicles and picked a 2025 Outback. Mike fulfilled all his problems and more. Highly recommend Mike Arthur and the whole staff at Tri-City Subaru.

I find the service department at Tri-City Subaru to be courteous, efficient and communicative. Making an appointment is easy as is reserving a loaner. PS. I love my Crosstrek.

I purchased a pre owned certified 2019 Outback Touring

I purchased a pre owned certified 2019 Outback Touring last September. All four tires had defective valve stems and continually leaked air from the day I drove it off the lot. Also, the DCM data communication module is defective resulting in two significant battery failures. Since the car only had 27,640 miles on it when I purchased it I was not told of any outstanding service notices or extended warranty that might apply to the vehicle even though I specifically asked for the information. I can say the vehicle is nice but going into an airport parking garage after a trip and having to get a jump to start the car after three hours is not what I would expect from a certified vehicle.
