Brett and service department were great.
Brett and service department were great. Upfront on cost and time as well as really listening to my few concerns and assessed them. The only wish would be for a courtesy car wash before returning car. The dealership is sales side were not as informative on the vehicle model I had purchased a few months back. No room for negotiation or respect for what I was bringing to the table . I did not finance on a new car and am old school believing that a cash sale meant something , lesson learned by me. I will return for service as they have efficient and conscientious team. Snacks in waiting need upgrades though.

Tri-city Subaru has always given me great service and support on my 3 Subarus. Ringo has always made sure that my cars have left in top shape!! I have had several issues that were that were just outside and they treated me fairly.

Have been a customer since 2014. Tri City Subaru employees have always been courteous and helpful, making sure I understand any problems they might find. They complete the job in a very timely manner and if they need to keep the car overnight they always have a loner for me.

I like how they keep me informed of what’s going on with my car currently and what’s going to need work in the near future and how much it will cost. I never feel pushed to do something that doesn’t need to be done immediately. That way, I can do it a little at a time as I can afford to pay it. I trust them to be honest about what my car needs and not to do unnecessary work.
