I just bought a subaru crosstrek sport 2022

I drove my last car for 12 years. When I got the news that it wouldn't be reasonable to fix it for inspection I decided to swing by Tri City to get some ideas on car prices. Brian Santos was able to help me an hour before closing time, I put a deposit down on a new crosstrek sport on the same day. Today I picked it up. Beautiful car, very peppy with the 2.5 sport, interior is so polished and clean with the yellow trim and startex upholstery. I am so happy with this car and so grateful to Brian for the great advice and help with all my questions. Thank you again!

Broken windshield

Gary, Ringo and the entire service department were extremely helpful and friendly. They always go out of their way to make sure my car is top priority. I would and will be going back to them in the future

Sales and Finance team were very easy to work with.

Sales and Finance team were very easy to work with. I wasnt pressured or rushed or belittled when I didn't understand the specifics of an option. Timely service, I was kept up to date on the entire process and never felt like I was wasting anyone's time.

Quick, Easy, Competent Service !!

Just had an engine light problem quickly diagnosed and expertly fixed. But the most outstanding part of our experience was the service manager Anthony. I'm pretty critical and detail oriented And Anthony surpassed my expectations of service. We have 3 cars and I would feel absolutely confident to have them serviced at your dealership based on our experience with Anthony.

I had a good experience at this dealership!

I had a good experience at this dealership! I am loving my used car so far. I noticed immediately after purchase that the AC did not work. They took it in as soon as they could and fixed it for free for me, which I really appreciated. Josh was helpful and honest with me and made my first car buying experience a pretty good one.
