I went in for a service on 2015 F150. I was greeted by friendly staff at checked in. After the technician looked over my vehicle, a service advisor recommended new brake pads at the next oil change and showed me the existing brakes. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I was given a report on the current condition of my vehicle and a reasonably priced invoice. Customer service exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely terrible. They don't deserve any rating. I was 100% ready to buy but wanted to charge me 10K more then their advertised price for an F 150

I found a car I was really interested in buying . I gave the salesman my information including my phone number . Within an hour I got a phone call restricted (of course I don't answered restricted numbers I am in the high Tech industy so i backed doored the call and it came from Crain.Then I got a test and the text said I just wanted to make sure it was you ????? What an insult !!!!! Make sure it was me???? How rude and unprofessional !!!! If it he rude and unproffessional up front just imagine dealing with this clowns !!! I bought a better car with less miles at abetter price !!! Syay away from these clowns !!!
