They have false advertising

They are false advertising once they help you get a vehicle then they treat you bad and are very rude too you I would rather go to lucky auto so what does that tell you stop living to your customers

Markosian Auto Should Be A Last Resort Dealership

I got my 2014 Chevy Silverado from Markosian Auto’s Ogden lot. At first they were great. But once I decided to buy the truck I got bombarded by sales people trying to get me to trade. Something I wasn’t interested in. You have 3 years with Markosian Auto then what they don’t tell you is that if you decide to buy the vehicle you’ll have another year of payments to buy it. The Finance Company moved out of Utah to a call center in Mexico. They work with people who have bad credit or no credit. But I advise going to Markosian Auto as ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT

You suck

Your cars suck lemons !!! For sure your all lairs your commercials ur sales people don’t do their jobs u deserve not to get paid for ur unsafe vehicles, you sell, and know about it they probably been wrecked and where is the law for ur unsafe cars

Scammers. Sell lemons that look good at first

Bought my car a year and a half ago. Of course drove it off the lot and found that it needed the shocks replaced. Didn't know that when I test drove it. I had to pay a deductible to get it fixed. They knew all about it. Of course there are other things wrong with it that they knew about that are slowly popping up. Wanted to just pay it off. They said to pay it off it would cost an additional $2,000??? xxx??? Anyway. I did finally just paid it off anyway about a month ago. I'm having serious issues getting the title and every time I try to start it I have to jump it. It has power but won't start unless I jump it with my portable battery charger. Thank God for that. I know they put on some kind of gps as they told me in the beginning. I don't know if they have something to do with it not starting or what's going on. Never ever buy a car from them. I so wish I had read reviews before I went there.

Stolen personal property at dealership

I’ve bought 3 vehicles from this place and on my third vehicle I went through financial hardship and could no longer afford the payment on my truck. After it was repossessed I went in 6 days later to get my personal items only to discover that they were stolen. They tell me it was the repo truck driver but the the inside of the car had clear evidence that it was someone else who had time to go through my things. Everything in the vehicle was just thrown about when I had it organized in the truck. A lot of the thingsI had were for coaching kids soccer. As a volunteer coach the soccer gear isn’t given to us freely and without it I don’t have items I can use to train things. I spoke with APG Financial and they can’t do anything about it, nor do I think they will even try to. I also filed a police report in Tooele for stolen items. Even if my vehicle is repossessed the items I had in my truck are still my personal property.

Walk away trust me on this 💯

All I’m saying this place sucks I am a return customers and the way they treat me is so bad I was screwed by these guys and now I am stuck with this xxxx car trying to make this high xxx payments they put me on and the car is falling apart and I only have this car not even a year trust me with this don’t fall for the sweet talk and all of that because in the end you gonna get screwed just like they did to me you better go somewhere else that’s all I’m saying about this scam xxx place and there manager sucks. He don’t give a xxxx about anyone but the money he can make for this sucks xxx company in the end I got screwe is very sad and dishonest is not what it look likes on there advertise on TV 👎💯

Dont buy a car from them

i do NOT recommend this place to anyone, i have been a markosian customer for over 7 years i have purchased 3 cars through them 1 I paid off completely and the other I traded back in for another car, and the 3rd was a head ache and I got screwed out of the car because of one of their salesmen selling me a car that broke down the same day I bought it and refused to do anything to help me with it, I recommended my family to them and 3 of my family members have purchased a car through them, I have never missed a payment and only 2 times I had to defer a payment in all the years I have been with them. I ran into some financial hardship recently and I called them the day before my payment was due to get a defer on my payment (They state you are allowed 2 deferrals a year) and this is my first and only deferral and they tell me unless I lost my job or ended up in the hospital or had a life altering event I cannot defer my payment so I ask them if I can set up a payment arrangement and they tell me they cannot help me I have to speak to a manager about it, they tell me I will get a call back and I never received that call so I reach out to them again I called 4 to 5 times a day for 3 days and no one would take my call. so I get a call today and I explain my situation to them and let them know I was able to get money to make my car payment but I express how upset I am.....and their response to "Help" me out was to set up an automatic payment they offered me no help nor did they care in the slightest that I have been a good customer for years and needed help this one time, all they could tell me is there was a policy change with deferral payments....well if the policy changed how about letting your customers know this? instead you tell no one and then you screw those of us who have been long time loyal customers, once my car is paid off I will NEVER purchase a car through them again nor will I ever refer any friends or family to them, they are scam artist and they do not care about their customers they only care about making money and they don't care how they get it or how they hurt their customers......

Horrible service!

Bought a 2014 ford focus in Sept 2022. Left the Ogden dealership happy with my choice until about a week into having it and the transmission started slipping. Thankfully I have the warranty. I called to see where to take my car to get it looked at and fixed and was told to go to the BIG O tires on wall ave across the street from the Ogden Markosian. Took it there and confirmed it was my transmission slipping. Ordered a new one and she told me it would be 7-10 shipping. I called at 7 days and it wasnt there. I waited another 3 days and was told it wasn’t there still. I called the next day and the lady I talked to said yes it was there and intact it showed up the day before. The lady there said it would take 1-2 days to get the new transmission put in and I said that’s fine. I called out of work on a Thursday because I figured it would was too close to the weekend and I wanted to get it fixed sooner rather then later. The lady at big o said they were going to try and have it done that day. I called big o an hour before they close (5 o’clock) and she told me that the BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION was also slipping and they were going to have some guy come look at it the next day. So the next day I called big o around 10am to get an update, she then tells me that the main Markosian in Taylorsville is going to have my car towed to their shop to have it looked at. I was given the number to get ahold of GIL there to get further updates. I called Gil maybe an hour or two after I spoke to the lady at big o and Gil tells me that my car is not there yet but when gets there he going see if maybe it’s a bad transmission or IF SOMEONE AT BIG O HAD SCREWED IT UP!!!! I was not happy at this point and told Gil that I am a Single Mother and this is my only vehicle and that I have to be to work on Sunday. Gil then told me that he was going to talk to his Supervisor and see what they can do to help me out. (This whole conversation is being recorded on his end btw). He told me he’d keep in contact with me. 3 1/2 hrs go by and I had not heard anything from Gil. So I called, and he said that my car just arrived and he was going to have a look at it and then call me back to give me an update on it. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK!!!!! Gil also left out that they are not on the weekends. So I’ve been panicking at home because what the heck am I supposed to do with getting to work and my kids to school. This same experience happened to a friend of mine with Markosian as well. I keep getting told that I’ll get a call back but never hear anything! I haven’t even had this car for very long!!! Markosian, you guys need to have better customer service and maybe go through a mechanic that deals with transmissions on a daily instead of stupid tires!!!! I will never be recommending Markosian to anyone! You all need to make this right! I have been a good standing customer and this is not how I deserve to be treated!! Left in the dark and no one is willing to help!!

Got stuck into a car I did not want

Got put into a car I hate was pressure into it and now I'm just gonna let it go I bet they will try and make an excues to not allow me to do there restock fee and add it as a repo I will update
