The dealership seems to be managed well and a friendly staff. Our car purchase went relatively quick and easy. I would recommend buying a used car from them. Their inventory seemed well taken care of and they had a nice amount of cars on the lot.

Horrible experience. They sold a car right out from under me and made no attempt to help resolve the situation. I was onsite the day before and the car was not available they told me to come back the next day. By the time I got there 1 hour later they informed me someone had taken the car for a test drive and was buying the car. Before they finally came clean the car was spoken for they wanted a $500 non refundable deposit. Shady as heck. Customer experience was terrible.

Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this place. AJ is very inexperienced with online purchases. He is VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I have NEVER experienced anything like this before. I was on phone with AJ many times and kept acting like the customers there at the dealership is more important than speaking to me on the phone. Obviously, he is not experienced. I have done an online vehicle purchase more than once. The advertisement price mentioned says it includes the EV tax credit just alure buyers. There are many guidelines IRS has in order to qualify the customer and the vehicle. AJ argued with me that it was included, but couldn't show proof. I would advise NOT to purchase from this dealership whether you go in there or online purchase. VEEY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Ken Dewberry was phenomenal!! Excellent customer service and honest guy. My experience was OUTSTANDING!!! It was definitely worth my hour drive to shop at Atlanta Best used Cars. Ken focused on customer satisfaction and made my process smooth. I had issues trying to reach my bank but Ken was extremely patient with me and my situation and we got the deal done.. Guess these guys don't like money! Unwilling to budge or negotiate on price of a 10 year old car; 170k miles WITH an accident history. Went back & forth with Sam/Roger in sales for 2 weeks just to be given the run around each time. Insisted they were giving me their "best price", but it was acquired from auction bc nobody likely wanted to buy it with age/history in the first place; it was overpriced by at least $2k. You guys aren't CarMax with a one price model, if you want my business you gotta compromise to meet me in the middle somewhere. Sleazy stealership tactics. Good luck selling it punks. The ONLY positive takeaway was they did send me a buyers order draft at asking price (which again was overpriced). Too bad, I was ready to buy; to those reading this, I advise you stay away from this slimey snake pit.

we helped our daughter buy a Mustang from here. Ken was extremely helpful. He was very patient and knowledgeable and stayed late to help us get it closed even 2 hours after they closed. I'd buy from him again

Dealership is nice and has a good selection of cars ,the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable especially Shan he was very helpful when it came to buying my car
