This place is a complete joke! They sold my mother a 2021 Infinity QX50 with a bad battery come to find out it was the wrong battery for the vehicle I had to take it to the Infinity dealership to get a new battery and not only that the passenger headlight Halo what's cracked so it didn't work nor the turning signal that was connected to it the whole assembly need to be replaced and I was the one who pointed it out in front of everyone smh and I told them this is a safety hazard how did this get passed without inspection come to find out they do not do a thorough inspection to make sure everything is working it seems like to me they only check to make sure the check engine light is not on and the motor is running and that's it I think it's poor lackadaisical selfish of them of them to do that especially not living by that company standards a name I had to reach out to the service manager who name is Luis and I spoke to him a month ago about the issue and he told me once they ordered the part they were going to let me know a month went by and nobody reached out so I had to reach out to find out what's going on he act like he didn't know what I was talking about they never mentioned to me about a 30-day warranty when this issue happen they told me to bring it back up there whenever I can I would tell any future customers before you decide to purchase a vehicle from them make sure everything is working it doesn't matter if it's the small things or the biggest things because you want to make sure you get what you pay for that is satisfying to you I do have pictures but I'm not sure if it will let me upload it and for your future customers take my word for my bad experience because I believe that they buy this cars from the auction and they jack up the price up on them which is not worth it just make sure they will sell you a car with the engine in it

Absolutely will never return. Dishonest about vehicles history. Policy is ridiculous regarding refunding deposits if you don’t purchase their vehicle. Buyers Beware!!
