Texan Hyundai exceeded my expectations dealing with the new car buying process. I was pleased with the trade-in value quoted to me on my existing car. As opposed to past experiences with other car dealerships, I never felt I was in a bidding war where the salesperson would "go back to talk to the manager" about any request. All representatives of the company were knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Mike Cole, the general sales manager, guided me through the process of finding a car, informing me about the specifics of the car, and following through with all promises and service.
