I don't know where to start. This is my second truck that I have purchased from Shannon Auto Sales and both times it doesn't feel like a purchased a car. I have purchased over 15 cars myself and have been through all the hoops that it takes to purchase a car. Buying from Shannon, you walk away saying, "this was too easy"! How is that possible? Maybe it is because they treat you RIGHT! There is NO pressure, no hassle, they make you feel at home and may even feed you. Who else does that. It could also be that it is a family owned business and they treat people the way they want to be treated, Not like some of the big companies that don't really care. Over the past two decades I have purchased only new vehicles because I was always afraid of dealing with someone else's problems. My last car purchase was a new Dodge and was a nightmare from the very beginning. I have finally had it with losing money on a vehicle as soon as I drove it off of the lot so this weekend I purchased a 2008 Ford F-150 and a 2013 Nissan Altima from Shannon Auto Sales in Manassas, VA. Both cars are immaculate and run like they are new. The sales staff were friendly, courteous and professional taking care to address my every concern and need. The owners of the company are the Harris family, Mark Harris in particular assisted in the sale of both cars and took great care in helping us locate two cars that would meet our needs and budget. I couldn?t feel more comfortable with our decision to shop with Shannon Auto Sales and look forward to purchasing from them again in the future! I had my brakes serviced, oil changed, and needed a state inspection. They did only what was needed, nothing more and nothing less! It's hard to find a trustworthy auto repair shop and I've finally found one! Awesome customer service! Very friendly and helpful! I will definitely come back.

I have purchased many vehicles in my time and can honestly say that Shannon Auto Sales far exceeded my expectations. Their dedication to my needs and attention to detail were over the top. As I was waiting for my new vehicle to come from the detail shop I walked their entire lot and noticed that every one of their vehicles were in above condition.
