I was out on Saturday morning pricing various Ford dealerships for inventory when I came to Royal Oak Ford and before I knew it, I was out that afternoon with my new 2011 Ford Fusion. I picked up my wife from work later that afternoon and she thought I was just test driving the car. She was amazed that for the second time, Royal Oak is the reason we continue to purchase Ford vehicles because of their determination to give excellent customer service.

We always use shannon auto. We have never had a problem with any vehicles. we have purchased five cars through them since 2005.

You mention all the issues your vehicle had. Improper driving can kill the brakes in no time. You didn't look at the tires when you bought the vehicle? Could you possibly have been taken by the shop that diagnosed the worn out brakes and tires? It happens. Shannon auto has always been very nice with me every time I've stopped by to look at a car or truck. Buying a used car is a roll of the dice, you can't blame the dealer that sold you it for all the issues. How could they of forseen a faulty sensor or ECM? You can't. No one can. It sounds like your an idiot and that you should buy new from now on. I for one will shop and buy at Shannon Auto.
