Service good as expected at a Ford dealership but

Service good as expected at a Ford dealership but expensive! Almost makes me want to go to a neighborhood shop to get work done. Analyzer alone was $189. Almost $200 for plugging in and reading a computer. Analysis, airflow sensor and air filter $645!!

Excellent experience going through the process of buying

Excellent experience going through the process of buying a new 2025 F150. Sales team was cordial and professional with all of my questions and requests. Jeremy has a very pleasant demeanor and was efficient in giving answers to my technical questions and quickly got answers to some special requests. Loving my new F150. Thanks to the Corwin team!

Was not explained how to use the new data process screen

Was not explained how to use the new data process screen even though we explained that we knew nothing of how it was to be used or operated. Derrick was very polite and contacted us when necessary. The paperwork we received from financing has the wrong county even though we told them we live in Lawrence now we have to make another trip back to correct it. Finance is very slow in processing even though they had info ahead of arrival. 2.5 hours on a done deal is way to slow

Aaron Parfitt at Corwin was the best!

Aaron Parfitt at Corwin was the best! Him and the financial person really got me exactly what I wanted. Aaron was excellent and didn't try to hassle me into buying something more expensive like other lots. I told him exactly what i wanted and I got just that! Easiest process and best experience I have ever had!! We also got a free carfax report and access to it for life. They had the truck sitting upfront ready for me when I got there. Kept me updated through the whole process and it was incredibly seamless. We already love our new truck! If your in the market i highly recommend!
