Isaac Reyes was very responsive with price quote. The price quote has no "hidden fees" like dealer fee, protection package, theft protection, warranty, cleaning fee, etc.! Only $225 doc fee and usual tax+title+registration+inspection fees. This dealer does not negotiate which is a good thing. Their prices were one of the lowest around me. Isaac was prompt to notify us when the vehicle we were interested was sold (while we were waiting for the other quotes)

I am a car guy. I have owned and purchased many cars in my 55 years, from a 1962 Olds Dynamic 88 to a high performance BMW X5 M with 555 horsepower. I can unequivocally state that my experience with Isaac Reyes at Austin e Autos was the best dealership interaction in my life. My wife and I test drove a 2023 Ioniq 5 SEL (fantastic car). Isaac was polite, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was no pressure or upsell at all. The dealership building was clean and comfortable. The only reason we didn't buy from them is we ended up going with a different model, a 2023 Ioniq 5 Limited.

I have bought many cars myself and have recommended my friends to buy also. I think I’m connected to 15+ cars. If you are buying a gas car or an older Tesla there is no better place to buy but if you’re looking for a newer Tesla just buy straight from Tesla. Overall I love my 2024 Model 3 Performance but I paid a good $5-7k more then it was worth and I could have bought brand new for about $60 less per month with less money down. The sales crew is amazing and the process is straight forward but price out your Tesla before you go. They will not come down on price or up on trade so be prepared.

This was hands down the BEST car-buying experience of my life. And this place is an EV paradise. I found the dealership through a web search on Wednesday. I saved a few vehicles, got prequalified, then Danny called me to check interest on the Hyundai Kona EV on Thursday that I tagged. I told him I wanted to check that, as well as a Polestar 2 and maybe a VW ID.4. He had them all ready when I arrived Friday after work. Stephanie got my loan processed with just my signature, paystubs and bank statements. I was signed and out the door in less than an hour of paperwork initiation. They have a ton of almost super-low mileage vehicles—like less than 1,000 miles. And for thousands less than the new car dealership.
