I was welcomed and able to walk the lot and look at a variety of cars without being pressured. Jeff was very transparent about additional cost (i.e. tag, tax, ans dealer fee) which are not built into the pricing.

$7,500 advertised, he told me 13k total out the door price!? I told him I was approved for 8k plus $1,600 on my CC for taxes and fees. Why don't you just say ..you don't want to be paid by a bank check and list it cash only. This is after he kept telling me that my loan would get kicked back I told him I already confirmed with my credit union and they told me I was good to go and he kept telling me they just tell you that.. it's almost like he didn't want to do business once you mention anything to do with banks.

Not very welcoming, they didn't really do much to greet us. All of the cars seem to be in rough shape.

I was looking for a mid 90s f150 and donny mills had a low miles example for, what seemed like, a decent price. I drove 50mi to see it, test drove it and found a few minor issues..but nothing deal breaking. I made a fair offer and was rejected because "I have 5 people comming to look at this truck today". So I drove home....that's where it should have ended. Donny himself called me and after a 20min conversation worked a deal with me. The next day I came over, bought the truck. On the way home...everything went wrong. The cooling system exploded, the ac stopped working, the front fuel tank stopped working. My mechanic (where the truck spent the next 2 weeks) found a few "quick band aid" type fixes. And this low miles truck which seemed fine on a 10 min test drive couldn't even make a 50mi drive back to polk county. Donny mills claimed to have had the truck for a month and never really had a ton of experience with them. ....I'm calling BS. (The ac was leaking from the service port which means, over a month on the lot and they would have had to charge the ac multiple times.) So...they knew about that at least. This place is shady as hell. Take the car to a mechanic BEFORE you buy from them. Maybe you can avoid my fate. This truck is the gift that keeps on giving.

If no stars was an option i would do it. I bought a car about a month ago, since driving it off the lot its been in the shop. Ive spent over 2k trying fix the car and its one thing after another. To this day its still in the shop. Have yet to even drive 100 miles on it. Been stuck on the side of the road three times. Awful experience stay away if you dont want to pay more money into the cars. Never using again.

I bought an f150 Ben was salesman I never once felt any pressure from him, he was very genuine and honest with me. Please know It is a cash only dealership. I did some very minor repairs on my vehicle but only because I wanted to not because I had to. I’m extremely pleased and I will refer them moving forward. Thanks Ben
