These guys are the greatest! After finding the Buick I wanted three hours from my home, I initiated an online conversation with Vince in sales at Thompson. By that afternoon, the business manager, Adam, contacted me. He asked me a few questions. From there, every piece of the transaction was done seamlessly online including my trade in appraisal. I submitted finance paperwork online as well. Through several texts and maybe three phone calls, everything was done as we discussed and when I arrived they (and my new vehicle) were ready and waiting for me. There were NO surprises. It was a pleasant, no haggle, no pressure process from beginning to end. I would absolutely drive there and do it all over again. Thank you Thompson!!!

WOW! After trying for two weeks to get a deal with a local dealership, I found a Buick I'd always admired at Thompson's website. I reached out to them about it and within two days I was driving three hours away to get my car! They did my trade in appraisal online, finance was done online and when I got there, my vehicle was parked under the front door canopy, shiny, full of fuel and ready to pull out! We wanted a specific vehicle and Jace was great in finding one . At the time we were to pick up our desired vehicle, the dealership went above and beyond to locate and install the few add ons which weren't already installed due to delayed shipping. This was beyond the best car buying experience we have had. No pressure, just good information relayed in a caring way.
