Everybody I met at Sport Subaru was extremely friendly and helpful. Zach helped me test drive two different models of Crosstreks to make sure I purchased the right one. He was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all of the features that are included. Overall, the purchase process was smooth and fairly painless. I'm looking forward to going back and having the first service performed on the car!

Very professional employees start from managers to my best sales professional Zach. Very pleasant environment full of helpful and professional team. I bought outback 2025 had few problems so I decided to change the make of my car, but Zach convinced me not to leave and with no pressure I purchase again from Subaru. So, I did trade in my car 2025 to 2026. My sales representative Zach is great professional very helpful very knowledgeable polite and very patient. Zach is an asset to your company as well as Michael he was very helpful professional very pleasant to work with him too.

The folks at Sport Subaru could not be more pleasant or more helpful, Robert Duran in particular. Everything was top notch, and it was clear that in addition to great products, they have world class customer service. Even though I live at a distance from the dealer, it would be definitely worth the travel for future purchases. Well done, Sport Subaru!

I originally stopped by the dealership for a service appointment on my 2024 Outback, but I ended up leaving with a beautiful new 2026 model! While I was waiting, my daughter and I were browsing the showroom, and I just fell in love with the new design. My biggest hesitation was the size—the 2026 looked a bit bigger than my previous car, and I had to be certain it would actually fit in my garage. Marcos was absolutely wonderful and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the upgrade. He was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through the specific dimension changes so I didn't have any lingering doubts. To help me decide, he actually brought two different models around to the front one at a time so I could see the exterior colors clearly and get a true feel for each one before the test drive. His knowledge and "no-pressure" approach really put my mind at ease. Once I made my choice, the transition was incredibly smooth. Jon Frisby handled the paperwork with great efficiency, helping me set up the Zurich Shield and a maintenance plan to keep my new car protected. It was a flawless, stress-free experience from start to finish!
