Reliable Chevrolet is Reliable!
Our car was purchased new from Reliable Chevrolet and they been great to work with. Since we have had no problems with our 2009 Impala, Reliable has just done routine maintenance. They are thorough in checking out the car when we bring it in. Schedule appointments is very easy and everyone who has answered the phone has always been very pleasant. The waiting room is very comfortable. There are vending machines, but Reliable also furnishes free coffee and rolls. It seems like any employee walking through the area almost always asks each individual if they are being taken care of or if there is anything they can get for them. Service desk people at check-in and check-out are also very pleasant. Nice place to do business.

The only problem we had was with the financing department. They told us it was a done deal and gave us paperwork and we did not get our paperwork from GMAC until after the 30 days causing us to pay a penalty. Other than that...the salesman and service department have been great.

I contacted Kyle in the service department regarding our battery in our corvette. He was most helpful and professional, as was Ryan when I arrived at the dealership. Ryan carried my battery to the parts department and returned to my vehicle with a new battery and guidance as to resetting the windows. They got me back on the road very quickly and professionally. After replacing the battery and resetting the power windows, everything is working great! It blew me away that they did not charge me anything at all for their time and trouble, and were honestly happy to be able to take care of me. There is no way this experience could be rated anything but the absolute highest rating possible.

WOW What a great Dealership
Thanks for the great deal on my 2012 Camaro SS I love my car and the deal went so smooth I can't say enough on how great I was treated at this dealership evryone made me feel like they really cared about my purchase I got a better deal than I had exspected. I suggest if you want the red carpet treatment go to this dealership from the time I arrived on the lot till I drove off the lot with my Camaro they stayed and walked me through the entire process Great Job guys.
