Great experience

Very streamlined from test drive to finalizing sale. No pressure tactics. John Marble is very knowledgeable about Audi cars and a great low pressure salesman. Bought my last Audi from him and expect to buy future Audis from him

Awesome Car Buying Experience

John Marble took fantastic care of me from the first day I walked in to Audi Raleigh. I was very specific with my requests and he worked with me very closely to make sure I was getting the car of my dreams. I achieved my goal.

Great service friendly staff clean establishment

Working with Garrett is always a pleasure he is a great guy and is also detailed and descriptive as a service advisor I don't think there could be a better person for the job he's well knowledgeable and punctual with replies and giving information on the updates

Recall fix

It took two hours to do a recall fix. I expected it to be a shorter wait. The service advisor should have been better informed.

Great recall service

Good service during the recall fix. The appointment was timely, the rental was good to go (but low on gas but I made do). Overall pleased with the experience. Steve Duttra did a great job overall.
