Cole Nissan

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We desperately needed a second car after mine broke down. I woke up at 8:30am, reviewed the 2026 Rogue, called Cole Nissan and asked them if they had several on the lot that could be sold. They said yes, I said I was on my way and requested genuine and personable salesman. The pleasant lady on the phone told me she would assign me Morgan Lilly. When I arrived Morgan was waiting on me in the showroom. We hopped on the golfcart looked at different models and he handed me the keys. I took the Rock Creek edition home where my wife said she loved it. I returned to the dealership and Morgan promptly got the paperwork started. He was fun to hang with during the process, as was the finance team. I had a new car by lunch. The process was easy quick and enjoyable. I will return to Cole Nissan and Morgan Lilly when we replace our other car.

We bought a used 2025 Pathfinder in March 2026. The sales representative, David Pinto, was very personable and helpful throughout the buying process. He arranged for us to take the car overnight for evaluation which was key to us deciding it was the right vehicle for us. Also, Jeff was great in getting all of the title, registration and paperwork together so we were all done the same day.

Will leave you high and wet with damages caused by their techs inadequate attempts. Even if the tech notes the problem accurately the tech cover up their mistakes and fake time worked for higher pay. A technician didn't test drive their shuttle driver joy rode to vehicle after clearing codes but told you tech couldn't duplicate here is the bill for a tech drive the tech sent a shuttled driver on with others to work.

Called for service appointment on 4/15/24, left message. No one returned my call for three days. Called again on 4/18/24 was told to drop off car on 4/22/24. Received estimate for $882. Gave permission to fix. Called on 4/24/24 to see if car was ready, sent to voice mail. No return call again! Drove to dealership. Service employee sitting on his phone, no wonder he couldn't return a call again. Car ready, bill over $1000, did not even wash it. Called asked to speak to service manager, never have received a call. This car has 53000 miles on it, paid cash, never should of had a leak in the air conditioning. This was my second purchase from Cole, NEVER again will you have my business. Manage your help or close your doors, business is about service.

They treated me really well while I was there and followed up with me even after my purchase.
