I had not purchased a new car in 16 years and I was initially very skeptical about having to negotiate with high pressure commission sales personnel. I started the search contacting an Auto Broker to help me navigate the overwhelming market. Early on I learned the reputation and 10 year Warranty of the younger "sibling" Hyundai verses all the Japanese models. That helped me immediately narrow down my search. In the classified section of The Denver Post I saw McDonald and learned it was the closest dealership to my place of residence in Metro Denver. When I ventured into the large dealership, I was greeted by the GM and assigned to Suzanne Dumont. The rest is history. She was low pressure very professional.
