Car was in for normal maintenance--no real problems. Handled as expected. I was surprised that it took 1 week to schedule service, and hope this is not the norm if there is a problem. In this case, it was no big deal.

third vehicle purchase from McDonalds

The whole experience was very friendly and rewarding. We have purchased our last 3 vehicles from this dealership and are very satisfied. Bob the salesman was exceptional in helping us.

Took new CX-5 in for window tinting & bra install

My husband took our new 2016 Mazda CX-5 in to have the windows tinted and the bra installed. They did a good job, were friendly, and gave him a nice loaner car to drive until ours was ready to be picked up.

Purchased a New Mazda CX-5

Ian McClearn was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He was willing to take our concerns to upper management, resulting in a fair resolution. We are loving the new Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring vehicle.

Review

At dealership for free oil change, which came with purchase of Mazda5 at same dealership. Staff serviced my car and repaired gasket oil leak, no charge. Jamie is great, all staff pleasant and professional. Waiting area nice, with coffee, soda and water available, free of charge. Great experience, will continue to bring my vehicle for maintenance, even though I live almost 80 miles away.

Regular Service - no issues.

Service scheduling was simple; service provided on time and complete; cost as quoted. Easy process... never concerned about going back to this provider.

Made New Car Buying Easy

I did my research and knew what a reasonable price for my car should be. Based on the offer I was provided, no negotiations were needed. I was not pressured by anyone at the dealership when I came to test drive or purchase. Great experience all around.

Mazda momma

Service tech greeted me as I pulled in...she took it from there. It was done in less than an hour and I was completely comfortable in the lounge area while I waited.
