Car was in for normal maintenance--no real problems. Handled as expected. I was surprised that it took 1 week to schedule service, and hope this is not the norm if there is a problem. In this case, it was no big deal.

Took new CX-5 in for window tinting & bra install
My husband took our new 2016 Mazda CX-5 in to have the windows tinted and the bra installed. They did a good job, were friendly, and gave him a nice loaner car to drive until ours was ready to be picked up.

At dealership for free oil change, which came with purchase of Mazda5 at same dealership. Staff serviced my car and repaired gasket oil leak, no charge. Jamie is great, all staff pleasant and professional. Waiting area nice, with coffee, soda and water available, free of charge. Great experience, will continue to bring my vehicle for maintenance, even though I live almost 80 miles away.
