Everyone was very friendly and helpful during the buying process. I appreciated the 30 day warranty when I had a minor problem with the shifter which was quickly fixed.

this process was a pain from start to finish. I ordered a vehicle and paid the shipping cost. it took longer than was quoted for it to arrive which cost me multiple days off work. upon getting informed it had arrived I drove the hour and a half to pick it up with everything I was expressly told I needed to go home empty handed. they needed more money or a cosigner and my paperwork had not been approved BEFORE I walked in the door as I had been told. I got sent the hour and a half back home empty handed to redo paperwork and get a cosigner who then had to go the hour and a half there with me to pick it up again and drive the hour and a half back again. worst sales team I have ever dealt with. I will never go through that again and would not recommend anyone else to either.

Very Very good. Purchasing was relatively easy. There were some issues with the car and these were addressed completely. The maintenance people were very helpful and kept me very well informed. I would recommend Carmax if you want to buy a used car.

Front office (sales) was great. The back office system is terrible! The back office erroneously put my email on my wifes accont. The business Ops Mgr. told us we would have to return the vehicle and buy it again to change the email. Ridiculous!!!!
