I needed an oil change for my high performance car so I

I needed an oil change for my high performance car so I took it to my Local ford dealership I?ve never bought a car there but they are always so friendly and I have had a good experience in the past have always used them for all my service and repair needs this time. I decided to wait on my car. I had no one that could pick me up so I stayed in the lobby waiting area , while I was waiting. I saw my car sitting in the parking lot I heard a car crank up that sounded like mine, looking up, I realized it was at that time. I heard the engine being revved up and my car being double clutched which I don?t drive it that way so to a employee that was there I mentioned that I don?t drive my car like that and I didn?t appreciate it being driven that way and didn?t see what reason they would to pull it in for an oil change He said he would say something about that and I said no don?t I don?t want to cause problems so I thought it was probably just a one time thing and then they drove my car back out to the parking lot. It happened again so other than that it was an ok experience. The work was done and they were polite I just didn?t like the way they drove my car.

Baugh Ford

This is the first time I bought a vehicle on-line. John @ Baugh Ford made the entire experience very enjoyable. He was forthright with the condition of the vehicle and fixed a tear in the front passenger sear as a part of the purchase price, replacing the leather insert instead of just sewing or patching. All the folks @ Baugh Ford were professional and helpful in every way.

Baugh Ford, Clanton, Al.

I'm deeply disappointed with the purchase and non repair of my vehicle from this dealer through the internet. Car was delivered with engine not detailed or cleaned and a ding on the roof c pillar. Baugh Ford didn't return my calls or e-mails when requested to reimburse me the $156.50 for repairs. Also, didn't refund Title fees that I had to pay again in GA. My communication was to Tommy, Owner and Brad, General Sales Mgr.
