Drive out easy

Winston Marshall worked with us to get a deal that I felt good about. I felt more that he was an advocate for us during the process than a sales guy. His experience was helpful and no pressure.

Excellent Choice

I highly recommend Steve Landers. Winston was a huge help when purchasing our new summit. He stayed in contact with me daily unti finding the vehicle right for us. Great experience... Would recommend contacting Winston if in the marked for a new vehicle.

Awesome Job - Taylor Simmons

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The was no hassle, no high pressure just excellent service. Even after we missed two appointments due to "life" happening, he continued to do his best to make the process painless.

Buyer beware!

Especially if you have "challenged credit". Fastest I have ever bought a car without an opportunity to ask questions. Yes, part of that responsibility is on me, but I was very overwhelmed, and that does not mean the dealership & salesman I dealt with have none! I stated I would rather sign paperwork Monday, but was pressured to close the deal that day. I have challenged credit because of a job lost about 1 year ago and am about to file bankruptcy. I went in being honest because they said on their show they work with almost everyone, blah, blah blah. Was told that this finance would help me with a bankruptcy by more than one person instead of being discouraged. I had no reason to lie about it, and I knew what my credit report was. I was told on the 1800# that I had a 1500.00 voucher towards a purchase (not a new or used purchase, just "a" purchase) awaiting me when I got there to look at cars because I was in the first 70 callers for the TV show that aired that day. I went in to look at a particular used car I found on their website and didn't even get there because I was told I would have better luck getting financing for a new car as opposed to a used one. The sticker was pulled off the car before I even test drove it and the price was upped by 500. Had I not found the sticker later in the glove box, I would not have known because I had been quoted the same place all along. The "voucher" never got applied nor did the internet incentive of $2000.00 (incentive listed on their own web page). The salesman acted like he hadn't a clue what I was talking about, and I kept telling him he was supposed to talk to the sales manager. He just kept asking if it didn't exist. I asked about both repeatedly. I did receive $1000.00 trade in and $1000.00 manufacture rebate but neither of the other. I was told my interest rate was a certain amount (higher than I thought it would be) but when I calculate it later, they must have lied to get the paper work signed. Looks like the interest is much higher than what was stated when I calculated it later. This is a very stressful and embarrassing time in my life and when someone says they can help you, as they do on their TV show, even with challenged credit, you walk in wanting to trust you won't be taken advantage of. I can't speak of the other salesman there, but I do not feel this salesman was honest and forthright. I felt as if he was working for his incentive and bonus for that day's sales rather than being proactive for a customer that is already overwhelmed. So, yes. Beware!

Ms. Hanson, after discussing your experience from Saturday with you, it is our intention to unwind this deal completely and immediately. We will be returning your trade in to you and picking up our vehicle. Ms. Hanson, we would like to make it clear that we are not doing this because we feel like we did anything wrong. The $1500 voucher that you mention in your review is only available when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. You purchased a new car. There is no $2,000 “internet incentive” available or advertised. There is a rebate available on this particular vehicle and you received the maximum rebate available to you by Chrysler. We wish you the best of luck in purchasing a vehicle elsewhere.

There again, I asked repeatedly. The things you mention were not explained. The communication was not there. The sales person and finance manager were aware of a pending bankruptcy. According to your very own words the deal should not have happened, but it did. Training your staff is pertinent. Seems they should have known better, but as I feel, it was not an honest and forthright thing from the get go.

Winston was my salesman and he was truly awesome. He worked really hard to get me the vehicle I wanted and made sure that I was satisfied. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Great Experiance

Had a great experience buying my first car. Great service and help from Taylor Simmons in choosing a car. He will do whatever he can to put you in the car you really want. I arrived there a little undecided of which car I wanted and the staff was great in helping me choose a car. Taylor Simmons got me a great deal on a new 2015 vehicle.
