The worst experience buying a car and follow up. Got scammed and lied to about amount my bank would finance. Eric Small is terrible salesman. Followed about about vehicle and I quote, “My job is just find out how much money is need to get the person in the vehicle.” No interest in a future business relationship or serving the community. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Ask for Jermal Tolver, best salesman we have ever worked with...knowledgeable, polite, all around nice young man. The financing process was fast and very straightforward.

He is very friendly, helpful, and very hard working in dealing with my car purchase and a real testament to the excellence and care at John Lee Nissan. We did save thousands of dollars. I also commend Beth who also provided excellent assistance as we waited for my out of state DMV to complete the deal. I only wish they were closer but it was well worth the 1300 mile drive.
