Best car buying experience ever!
I had been looking at buying a new car since the beginning of 2020 and stumbled onto the John Lee Nissan website right around the time the pandemic hit the United States in March. I fell in love with this black convertible beetle but, was not able to leave my house due to my autoimmune disease. I called the dealership to inquire anyway and I was connected with Reginald Neely in sales. Reginald is the sweetest sales person I have ver encountered! When I told him my situation he immediately told me that he would be more than willing to bring the car to me for a test drive. Not only did he h bring me the car to test drive but he did it on his day off. A week later, I was speaking with a very nice gentleman in the finance department finalizing my paperwork and later that day my new car was delivered to my house. The easiest and best car buying experience ever. I really feel like Reginald and John Lee Nissan care about how they treat their customers and their customer service is second to none!

New Brake pads
2/28/20 The price quoted for the brake pads did not include $35.00 shop fee and whatever else they included to run the bill up. When I was checking out a woman at the counter was rude, acted like I should have known everything ahead of time. My last visit. They recommend things that have already been done (previous visits) and over charge.
