My husband purchased a new CRV from Jonathan at Heritage

My husband purchased a new CRV from Jonathan at Heritage Honda Bel Air yesterday and we highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a Honda - reach out to Jonathan. He knew about the different models and options and worked to keep us in our price range. The Sales Manager and Finance team were great to work with as well. Purchasing a car is very different from years ago when you had 20 cars to choose from, but Jonathan made sure we were able to get the car we wanted and needed.

Rylee was excellent and worked with our budget to get us the car we wanted. She listened and truly cared, I would recommend her and Steven in the finance area. This is the 2nd time we purchased a car there and we would recommend them to anyone. Go see Rylee, she is truly an asset to them.

I purchased a brand new car from Honda in 2019.

I purchased a brand new car from Honda in 2019. I came back here to see if I would like to trade it in for something else. Ed showed me a few great options. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He drove us 1 hour to Westminster to look at another car at another Honda dealer and drove another 1 hour back to Bel Air. He went the extra mile for sure to ensure we looked at all interested options. We are grateful for the experience with him.

I was thoroughly impressed with each person that helped

I was thoroughly impressed with each person that helped us with the purchase of our used CRV, all the way to the service personnel. We were treated as if we were buying a brand new car, and the dealership made sure we left as very satisfied customers. We would purchase from Heritage Honda of Bel Air again, and we certainly will tell all of our family, friends and neighbors to stop in at Heritage Honda of Bel Air before going anywhere else. You owe it to yourself to at least give them a fair try. You won’t be sorry.
