I brought my vehicle in for sevice and was assisted by Michael. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He was very professional and the whole process was handled with ease. It is clear that michael cares about his customers.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2010 used Honda Fit from this dealership. They were very thorough and answered all my questions and even checked on a few things in the history of the car for me. They made sure I understood the whole process and did not pressure me to buy any of the add ons. The sales person went above and beyond for me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was waiting. Also, I got a great deal on the car considering how few miles it had and the clean Carfax with only two owners! Price was lower than any other dealership in the area. Please consider them when looking for a used car!

I've moved to Bel Air two months ago. This is my first visit to this dealer for the service. A good thing I found that I had a positive feeling in this dealer. Their service was fast and the people were nice and friendly.

Excellent sales associate! His dealership closed at 9pm, but he & his colleagues stayed until 11pm to get me into the SUV and price that I wanted. AWESOME SALESMANSHIP!!!!

Everyone at Heritage was wonderful. My only complaint is they promised a car wash which was not done. Other than that my interactions with all employees was outstanding.

Kevin Fitzgerald was great and helpful! He was thorough and asked me logical questions regarding my service visit. He also explained the live updates via the tv screen.

Great place but wish the customer service was better advisor tried to sell me service but wouldn’t go through my multi point inspection to tell me what I needed to have done after my visit. I was also promised a car wash and did not receive one.
