Nick did a great job in taking care of my car 60k service and wheel grinding noise issue. Keep me informed of the work being done, the wheel noise issue and coordinated with my extended warranty (CNA). Great job!! 5 stars!!!

I bought a Civic in October. When I go to turn the AC on...
I bought a Civic in October. When I go to turn the AC on for the first time in May- it didn't work. Took it to the dealership and they told me to pound sand because it was out of warranty. Y1234 refrigerant is about 700 dollars for a 10 lb jug and the special tools requires to service it yourself run about $380. Seeing as how none of the 22 dealerships I called service 1234 yet, and due to the lack of funds- I spent the entire summer driving 4 hours a day with no AC. After the class action lawsuit currently underway kicked up- Honda sent out a recall...A month ago. I get the AC fixed and ask for a simple apology for the pain in the xxx this has been- and they can't even get the gull to call me and do so.
